For over 20 years, Jessup Italy had been operating under this name, symbolizing the collaborative efforts of all those who contributed to organizing the Italian Rounds of the prestigious Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. As the competition expanded, the task of organizing it became increasingly challenging without the administrative support of a stable organization.

To address this issue, in 2023, Jessup Italy took a significant step by incorporating as Associazione di Promozione Sociale (APS), a non-profit association under Italian law. This move allows us to establish a more robust and sustainable framework for managing the competition efficiently.

From an administrative standpoint, the establishment of the association represents a crucial step in streamlining the collection and utilization of funds to bolster our mission and initiatives. Our primary goal is to ensure that Jessup Italy thrives with robust financial support.

At the same time, we are deeply committed to fostering a culture of active involvement, where individuals play an integral role in shaping the future of Jessup Italy. Emphasizing inclusivity, we strongly believe that when everyone's voice is heard, it paves the way for innovative ideas and a more profound impact on our community.
