The Jessup 2024 Problem will concern traitors and crooks. It will raise issues related to the right to political expression, statelessness, the right to a nationality, and the scope of the United Nations Security Council's authority in the pacific settlement of disputes.

All competing teams are expected to be familiar with the the Official Rules of the 2024 Jessup Competition (tba).
An Italian Supplement to the 2024 Official Rules will be approved to facilitate the conduct of the Italian National Rounds.
